Where is our data stored?

In Tencent Cloud's Jakarta region (ap-jakarta). Files, search indexes and backups are encrypted at rest and in transit, and never leave Indonesia unless you ask us to export them.

Is the AI trained on our documents?

Never. Nothing you upload is used to train models — ours or anyone else's. The assistant reads only the documents the person asking may open, and cites every answer.

Can the assistant approve or sign a contract?

No. It can only create drafts marked as AI drafts. Approving, sending and signing always stay with a person who holds that right.

How do we move our existing documents in?

Upload folders from your shared drive as they are; scans are OCR'd and every file becomes searchable once processed. Most teams finish in an afternoon, and Enterprise plans include assisted migration.

Which identity providers do you support?

Any SAML 2.0 or OIDC provider, including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace. SCIM keeps users and groups in sync, and Owners can require SSO for the whole domain.

Does Kontrakly work in Bahasa Indonesia?

Yes. The whole interface is in Bahasa Indonesia and English, search understands both languages, and you can ask the assistant in either.

How does pricing work?

Per active user per month, in rupiah and excluding VAT. Annual billing saves two months, and Enterprise is priced on an annual agreement.

How do external counsel get access?

Invite them to a single matter. They sign in with a one-time email link and see only that matter's documents.

Is Kontrakly compliant with UU PDP?

Kontrakly is designed to support your obligations under UU PDP No. 27/2022: data stays in Jakarta, access is role-based, actions are audited and we sign a data processing agreement with every customer.
